At Sony Parts, we are committed to ensuring you receive the correct components for your electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request an RMA Number

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the specific parts you wish to return.

  Securely Package Your Parts

  Place the items in their original anti-static packaging and use a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage to sensitive electronic components during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our central returns warehouse using a trackable shipping method of your choice.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition and serial numbers of the returned parts, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
